Just across Fourth Street, next to the Galley, sits the Tiber Way Grille and Country Store. I have always been intrigued with what actually existed beyond its doors and sunny window display but never ventured in until this past Thursday.

Upon entering the Grille and Country Store, you are hit with the ambiance of a cute little country and craft market integrated into a diner. You sit at actual kitchen tables and are surrounded by crafts and clothes that are available for purchase. The Grille emits a welcoming and charming aura, and the staff treats you like family. The cook even delivered our food!

The prices of meals and drinks were very reasonable. I was able to get a delicious Chicken Parmesan dinner with a side salad for about ten dollars. My friends all enjoyed their meals as well, and we each tried something different.

When we finished with dinner it was hard to resist the delicious ice cream in the cooler. Whopping scoops only cost $1.50.

The Tiber Way Grille and Country Store pleasantly surprised me. Its "family feel" and great home cooking will definitely have me coming back for more.
